New GaN Power Module for EVs: Top-side cooled isolated package from Visic, samples available soon

VisIC Technologies, a company specializing in GaN technology, announced the upcoming availability of samples for their V22TG D3GAN in an advanced top-side cooled isolated package.

The samples are expected to be available in the first quarter of 2024, providing manufacturers with an early opportunity to assess and experience the performance and benefits of the package.
