EVBox, a provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, has achieved Eichrecht Measurement Certification for its commercial AC charger, EVBox Liviqo.
This certification, under the Calibration Ordinance, allows companies to open their charging stations to the public. They’ll appear on public charging maps, and the site owner can easily manage charging cards with the built in EVBox Everon software.
With the receipt of Module B and D certification, both the hardware and the software (EVBox Everon) comply with the latest German Weights and Measurement Act, which standardizes the measurements and tariffs of charging stations.
